Beginnings
How Paper Pencil Pen began is sort of a funny story. The founder’s daughter, Tyra, was overwhelmed with the laundry list of supplies for her first grader and the crowds in stores with parents and children grabbing the supplies off the shelves. Having been in love with school supplies since kindergarten, she offered her services to shop for her granddaughter Emari's school supplies. By the time Emari was in third grade, she was giving free school supplies to her real estate clients. Eventually, in 2016, Paper Pencil Pen was born out of prayer for her purpose and her legacy.
